City Manager Kyler Ludwig said the budget establishes appropriations for all city funds, supports capital reserves and infrastructure investments, and includes transfers for facility maintenance and future fire apparatus planning.
Councilmember Shrope moved to adopt Resolution 6-6-26 R and Councilmember Heaton seconded. The motion passed with recorded 'Yes' votes and one absent member. Staff said the adopted budget continues vehicle replacement planning and utility system improvements while maintaining flexibility for changing economic conditions.
