Chazy board grants tenure, accepts retirements and staff resignations

The board approved a per diem substitute (Racheal Martin) at $140 per day pending fingerprint clearance.
The board also accepted, "with appreciation, the letter of resignation for the purpose of retirement for Kelly Penfield, HS Math Teacher effective June 30, 2026," and accepted retirements for Jane (Becky) Hubbell (school nurse), Brenda Riley (teacher aide) and Judy Lavigne (teacher aide), all effective June 30, 2026. The board accepted the resignation of Alex Malsan, Music Teacher, effective June 30, 2026. All personnel motions carried unanimously.
