The board’s attendance recorded at 5:52 p.m. listed Eric Borchardt, Cody Carter, Kaci Cook, Matt Martinez, Michael Paul and Nick Vincent as present and Brooke Fouts as absent. The meeting returned to open session at 6:45 p.m., at which point the employment motion was made and approved.
