Board tables fueling-agreement amendment, advances MOA and several administrative items
Summary
Town Attorney requested Item No. 20 be tabled; the Board also tabled a proposed third amendment to a fueling agreement, approved a CSEA memorandum of agreement, awarded a grass-cutting contract and approved staffing and budget modifications.
Town Attorney John Maccarone asked the Board to table Item No. 20 on the Administrative Calendar; the Board voted to table the item unanimously. Separately, the proposed third amendment to the fueling agreement with the Lido and Point Lookout Fire District was presented and tabled on a motion by Deputy Supervisor Dorothy Goosby and seconded by Councilmember Christopher Schneider.
The Board advanced a memorandum of agreement with the Civil Service Employees Association (CSEA), Local 880, concerning compensatory time and administrative leave for employees on Feb. 23, 2026. It also approved a contract for grass-cutting services (Louis Barbato Landscaping, Inc., Contract No. 07-2026) and authorized subcontract photography work for the Department of General Services. Personnel and budget transfer resolutions were adopted as recorded on the administrative calendar.
