Dickinson Management District legal counsel announces resignation effective Aug. 28

During the consent-agenda discussion the board's legal counsel announced they had submitted their notice and that their last day with the City of Dickinson would be Aug. 28. "I have submitted my notice with the city of Dickinson. And so, my last day is going to be August 28. So I anticipate that this will be my last as legal counsel to the board," the counsel said.
Board members thanked the counsel for service, with one member noting the counsel's guidance has "made a tremendous difference in how this board would function going forward." The counsel said they remain available to answer questions through Aug. 28 and, if needed, to assist thereafter to the best of their ability.
