Fambrough presented the staffing review and compensation study to trustees; the workshop record shows the item was for discussion only and that the board expects to request action on related items at the August 2025 Board Meeting. No formal votes occurred during the April workshop.
Trustees in attendance for the presentation included Lauren White, Phillip Davis, John Aoueille, Kim Flasch and President Erin Archer. Trustee Rob Aird arrived later in the meeting at 6:23 p.m.; Trustee Keely Cano was absent. The board recorded no public comment during the meeting.
The district did not take action during the workshop. Further consideration of staffing or compensation changes will occur in subsequent board meetings as staff and trustees review the study and any recommended changes.
