Board President Erin Archer called the meeting to order at 6:04 p.m. Trustees Lauren White, Phillip Davis, John Aoueille and Kim Flasch were present for the presentation; Trustee Rob Aird arrived later at 6:23 p.m. Trustee Keely Cano was absent. The board recorded no public comment during the citizen participation period.
Sanchez's presentation covered the preliminary budget outlook for the coming fiscal year, providing trustees with an early review of revenues and expenditures as the district prepares for formal consideration in subsequent meetings. The workshop was a discussion session only; the board did not take formal action on the budget at the April workshop.
