Committee members reported that airplane noise complaints have been minimal recently, both in person and on Facebook, at the March 23, 2026 meeting of the Town‑Village Aircraft Safety & Noise Abatement Committee.
Laurence Quinn reminded the committee that this is the quietest time of year for 22L flights but cautioned that activity will increase in May as air traffic rises toward the busiest months of July and August. The comment serves as a seasonal advisory for residents and member villages to expect higher aircraft activity starting in late spring.
