Trustees approve budget amendments and a defeasance order tied to debt service

"Approved Budget Amendments - Mr. Randy Devorsky made the motion, and Mr. Raymond Koon seconded the motion. The board members unanimously approved the Budget Amendment as presented," the minutes state. Immediately following that vote trustees approved the defeasance order after a motion from Trustee Raymond Koon and a second by Trustee Henry C. Jennings.
Board members emphasized routine budget oversight during the action items portion of the meeting. The votes were recorded as unanimous and took place before the board adopted the Official Budget and the tax rate ordinance later in the same meeting.
