At its June 23 meeting, the Oak Forest City Council recorded the following formal outcomes by roll-call vote (all 6–0 with Alderperson Vetter absent): the establishment of the consent agenda; approval of Resolution 2026-06-0539R licensing Bosco's Marketplace to operate the farmers market (rescheduled for June 24, 2026); selection of HR Green for Phase I/II engineering for Oak Park Avenue resurfacing; award of the Crescent Green Lift Station Improvements Project to Steve Spiess (base $525,000; generator alternate $114,000; total $639,000); approval of HR Green for construction engineering services for the Crescent Green project (Resolution 2026-06-0542R); and approval of HR Green for construction engineering services for the ground storage tanks rehabilitation (Resolution 2026-06-0543R).
Several items were procedural or administrative: a janitorial contract (Resolution 2026-06-0540R) was pulled and not considered; staff will negotiate final contract terms where noted and return to Council for contract execution. The meeting adjourned at 7:57 p.m.
