Council OKs HR Green for construction engineering on rehabilitation of city water storage tanks

The rehabilitation work includes cleaning, repairs and coating and follows the Council's May 26, 2026 approval of a contract with DN Tanks of Illinois to perform the tank work.
Council approved the resolution by roll-call vote (6–0; 1 absent). HR Green will oversee construction activities to ensure the tank rehabilitation complies with the design and contract specifications and will prepare pay estimates during the work.
