Council approves HR Green for construction engineering oversight on Crescent Green project

The Council approved a professional services agreement with HR Green for construction engineering services related to the Crescent Green Lift Station improvements. Public Works Director Michael Salamowicz said HR Green will conduct construction monitoring, pre-construction submittal reviews, track quantities and cost estimates, and prepare pay estimates; HR Green designed the original project and possesses the most familiarity with the specifications.
Council approved the resolution by roll-call vote (6–0; 1 absent). Staff will coordinate HR Green’s construction oversight with the awarded contractor to manage schedule, submittals and pay applications during construction.
