During the Superintendent Report the board was told that the Special Education Program cyclical review is nearly complete and is expected to be clean. The Child Nutrition administrative and procurement review is expected to finish in November.
The minutes note the District Vulnerability Assessment (DVA) conducted with the Texas Education Agency on Oct. 16 produced near-perfect findings; the only recorded finding was that the newest members of the Threat Assessment Team have not yet completed all required training.
