At its June 8 meeting the Town of Minong Board voted to postpone accepting bids for the 2026 road project until the July 13 meeting to allow more time for review and comparison.
Supervisor Dean Patrick moved to delay award; board member Joe Radzak seconded the motion and it carried. Contractors who submitted bids at the meeting — Fahrner, Monarch and Roy's — told the board their proposals would remain valid through the July meeting.
The board did not discuss awarding any contracts at the June meeting and explicitly directed that bid decisions be taken up on July 13 when additional procurement items will be considered.
