The Town of Minong Board on June 8 approved the Financial Statement dated May 31, 2026, showing a balance of $1,632,077.29 and completed routine license approvals and administrative business.
Chair Christine Holland called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. During the opening business the board approved the agenda and accepted minutes from May 5, 11 and 26. Rhonda Kellen, deputy clerk/treasurer, read account balances; the board voted to adopt the financial statement. "Motion Carried," the minutes record.
The board approved the 2026 short-term rental list and granted Operator Licenses 014 and 015. Members also agreed that future operator licenses would be handled administratively unless there was an adverse record requiring board review.
The board set its next regular meeting for July 13, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. Agenda items flagged for the July meeting include 2026 road project bids and formal propane bids that the board chose to defer for further review.
The meeting adjourned at 7:45 p.m.
