The Planning & Zoning Commission voted to rescind the affirmative Connecticut General Statutes §8‑24 report that had been issued on Oct. 16, 2024, regarding the sale of Map Lot 42‑0183 and conveyance of a maintenance easement to the state. Commissioner Sebastian Giuliano moved to rescind the report, noting the common council had unanimously rejected the transaction and rescission would reset the matter should it return for reconsideration.
The motion was seconded and approved unanimously. Commissioners said rescinding the report would remove an inconsistent action from the record and require a new process if the matter were to proceed in the future.
