Public hearing on Franklin County budget draws no speakers

Commissioner Ianne Dickinson moved and Commissioner Colton Waymire seconded to close the public hearing at 6:09 p.m.; the motion passed unanimously. The board proceeded to a final vote to adopt the budget and adjourned at 6:10 p.m.
