The Paris City Council adopted a set of resolutions unanimously on July 13, 2026. The items included a Resolution of Intent to use MFT/USDA loan funds, designation of Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) officers for the City of Paris, multiple USDA installment purchase agreement resolutions regarding general obligation debt certificates, and two resolutions authorizing contracts for sale of real estate.
