MOULTON, Texas — The Moulton City Council adjourned its June 17 meeting at 7:10 p.m. following a closed executive session on personnel and pending litigation.
Mayor Pro Tem Craig Hughes moved to adjourn the meeting; Councilmember Roberta Mejias seconded the motion and it passed 4-0. The minutes record that the council had returned to open session at 7:08 p.m. before taking the adjournment vote.
The minutes were later certified by Mayor Mark Zimmerman and signed by City Administrator and Secretary LuAnn D. Rogers.
