Holm & Company for the 2024/2025 financial audit, the TML Health Benefits Pool 2025–2026 renewal verification, professional services and advisory contracts tied to a TWDB CWRSF project, and a School Resource Officer contract with Moulton ISD for 2025–2026. These results were entered into the minutes as recorded motions and seconders.
