The action was taken during a brief special meeting called to order at 8:01 a.m. The minutes list three trustees—Brian Marshall, Bert Darsey and Sammy Hutchison—as absent and note that administrators Kurt Koepke, Daniel Cates and Jaci DeWeese were present. The meeting adjourned at 8:11 a.m.
