City Council approves consent agenda and multiple property and contract items

The council likewise approved a property replat for 608 S. Bluebonnet and a manufactured-home permit for the same address after motions by Councilmember Kelley Moeller and second by Councilmember Jenna Harris; both motions carried 5-0.
