The deputy executive director read the resolution and exhibits during the meeting's agenda review.
The body also voted to authorize the executive director to engage the law firm Kossiak Trope and Brock Morton LLP to act as special counsel on a housing subsidy agreement with Avante Housing Group. The motions to approve the minutes, withdraw item 3, and approve items 1 and 2 (item 1 as amended) were moved, seconded and carried by voice vote; the chair called the vote and stated the motion "carries unanimously."
