Nathan Boyd, Planning and Building Director, presented rezoning application #2605-0079 submitted by the Farris Trust to change approximately 34.50 acres at 2380 Idaho Road from A-2 (Transitional Agriculture District) to R-E (Residential Estate District). Boyd told the board the purpose of the rezoning and land division is to allow the owner to sell two buildable residential lots.
After discussion the board moved to adopt Resolution 26-25 to approve the rezoning and amend the Official County Zoning Map. Commissioner Rod Harris moved the resolution and Commissioner Colton Waymire seconded; the vote was unanimous and the resolution was adopted. The action updates the county zoning map for the parcel listed as 2380 Idaho Road.
