The MOTLEY COUNTY ISD Board of Trustees appointed Tanya Radford to the board at its Dec. 15, 2025 regular meeting. Trustee Quinten Rose moved to appoint Radford and Trustee Bert Darsey seconded; the motion carried 5–0. Tanya Radford was sworn in by Brian Marshall during the meeting.
The appointment followed roll-call attendance (all members present except Sammy Hutchison). The board recorded the procedural vote and then continued with routine business including consent items and budget approvals.
