Commission OKs Otterbein recreational pavilion PUD Stage 2
Summary

The Warren County Board of Commissioners approved a separate Otterbein PUD Stage 2 application for a new recreational pavilion on Aug. 11.
Planner Hadila Babidi described the pavilion proposal as a building of about 5,000 square feet with a kitchen and restrooms, removal of an existing pavilion, addition of five parking spaces (bringing the site’s existing 38 spaces plus 12 golf cart spaces into account), and new sidewalks and walkways. RPC recommended approval with eight conditions; staff advised one condition (number 8) had already been complied with and was removed.
A commissioner moved to approve the Otterbein recreational pavilion PUD Stage 2 preliminary site plan subject to seven conditions; the motion passed on roll call with three yes votes. The applicant indicated no objection to the conditions in the record.
