Motion No. 6087 (mover: Sonja Ebel; second: Jay Michals) approved a $131,844.54 reduction, setting the contract total at $2,829,093.67 for B&C Constructors as part of the 2022 Bond Program.
Facilities staff presented the change-order details as part of the facilities/construction update. The board recorded the motion as unanimous. The change order modifies the contract scope and price for the CTE HVAC addition and will be processed by the facilities and bond program teams for accounting and project closeout.
