The consent vote bundled routine administrative and financial items the council said required no separate discussion. "A motion was made by Mayor Pro Tem Hughes with a second being made by Councilmember Harris to approve the Consent Agenda. The motion was approved. (5-0)" The council took the vote as a single motion under the meeting's consent procedure.
