Council approves motion to amend sign code to allow grandfathered protruding signs

Councilmember Lynn moved to amend ordinance 4.53 to add grandfathered protruding signs and to include the two specific signs on the agenda as allowed; the motion was seconded and passed with no opposition. Staff said they will draft definitions and size limits and return the ordinance for formal reading and final approval in a subsequent meeting.
