Muenster Independent School District trustees voted to approve the 2026–2027 school calendar at their regular Feb. 11 meeting; the motion carried unanimously, recorded as 7–0 in the minutes. The calendar approval was one of the final open‑session votes before the board entered executive session.
The board also moved its March meeting to March 18, 2026, and accepted the retirement/resignation of Amy Anderle. Superintendent Matthew Quick delivered the monthly report and attendance updates earlier in the meeting; principals and department leaders provided updates on activities, enrollment, testing and finances.
