The Muenster Independent School District Board of Education unanimously approved a series of routine business items during its Nov. 12, 2025 meeting, including the district's 2024–25 financial audit and a facilities contract. The board accepted the audit presented by accounting firm Hankins Eastup Deaton Tonn Seay & Scarborough and approved an HVAC bid from PHI for $106,296.00; meeting minutes record each motion as carried 6–0.
Board members also approved the 2025–26 board calendar and a Region 10 Interlocal Agreement for child nutrition covering the 2026–27 school year, and adopted TASB Update 126. The minutes show motions on these items were brought during the business portion of the agenda and passed without recorded opposition. The board additionally approved a plan to allocate votes on the Cooke County Appraisal District ballot as described in the motion.
