The presentation noted sponsorships already committed, a merchandise/online apparel store for out‑of‑town alumni, and a request for school programs to incorporate 50th themes across the year. Officials emphasized planned community outreach and described the facilities as improved; board materials state the county invested $25,000,000 in renovations over the last five years.
