At 7:22 p.m. on Feb. 10 the Paxton City Council voted to enter executive session to discuss "the setting of a price for sale or lease of property owned by the public body," citing Section 2(c)(6) of the Illinois Open Meetings Act (5 ILCS 120/2(c)(6)). Alderman Reinhart made the motion to move into executive session and Alderman Wilson seconded; the motion carried on a voice vote.
The executive session concluded at 7:36 p.m. and the council adjourned the public meeting at 7:38 p.m. No actions taken during the executive session were reported in the public minutes at the Feb. 10 meeting.
