Paxton reports sewer-plant maintenance completed; Flow Tech to inspect well panel Jan. 21

Water/Sewer Supervisor Donnie Inman updated the council on plant maintenance, reporting that valves at the east sewer plant have been replaced and sludge has been cleaned out.
Inman also said the city scheduled Flow Tech to inspect the control panel on Jan. 21 that caused a well to malfunction in November. No service outage timeline or repair cost estimate was given at the meeting.
The council did not take formal action beyond accepting the operations update. Comptroller/Treasurer Tammy Jensen earlier reminded the council the annual audit was wrapping up and end-of-year reporting items were underway.
