Trustees give Burchi family until end of October after zoning concerns about RV on lot

Trustee Dees moved to give the Burchis until the end of October; Watson seconded and the motion carried (all ayes).
The board emphasized that the extension is contingent on continued, demonstrable progress and on the Burchis returning with status reports; the attorney noted that compliance with the zoning code remains required and that the extension does not change code requirements.
