After the presentation, the board considered a motion by Steve Cooper, seconded by Adam Smith, to approve the budget amendments; the motion passed unanimously.
Board members asked no questions on the check payments list, according to the minutes, and Bowling said a formal public forum regarding the FIRST report will be scheduled at a later date. The motion to approve the amendments was recorded as "For: All voted yes."
