Council approved the October 2024 Financial Report on a motion by Gabriel Vallejo, seconded by Cecilia Padilla-Lopez; they also approved the November 2024 Financial Report on a subsequent motion by Cecilia Padilla-Lopez, seconded by Adrienne M. Deal (both motions carried 4–0). The November 2024 Police Report and Code Compliance Report were tabled; the transcript records no reason or reschedule date.
