At its Feb. 24 meeting, the Medina Valley ISD Board of Trustees approved several contracts and procurement items presented as routine business.
The board approved payment of CPS invoices for Creek View High School's gas infrastructure in the amount of $155,227.87 and approved a Storm Water Participation fee to the City of San Antonio for Middle School #3 for $93,900.00. Trustees also approved extending the ABIP agreement for financial audit services not to exceed $55,000; Child Nutrition purchases from Sysco not to exceed $65,000; and Industry Based Certification Testing Services with the National Healthcareer Association for $67,835. All motions were moved, seconded and passed with all present trustees voting in favor.
These approvals were recorded as part of the consent and action agenda and required no additional public comment or separate hearings during the meeting.
