Julie Ogden, representing engineering firm JEO, attended the meeting to address remaining concerns about the street improvement project. Trustees told Ogden they were "not happy with the project and lack of explanation of what went wrong," and asked JEO to speak with the contractor and return with findings and recommended remedies.
Board members did not approve any change orders or additional payments at the meeting. The minutes record the request to have JEO follow up; no timeline or interim protections (retainage, inspection schedule) were included in the recorded discussion. Ogden agreed to report back to the board after consulting the contractor.
