Council reviews street program savings and considers revisiting impact fees

Councilmember Plunkett asked about long-term pavement management and whether the city has a plan to avoid repaving prematurely; Sylvia estimated a 10–15 year life-cycle outlook for most streets and recommended forward-looking planning for maintenance needs. No final policy changes were adopted; staff will return with the recommended impact-fee and pavement-management scenarios.
