Planning commission rezones Tatebin Road parcel for automobile sales lot

Chairman Randy Rule read RZ-26-44 from applicant Haley O'Neal (HC O'Neal Properties LLC), requesting to rezone parcel 041B-053 at 184 Tatebin Road from A-1 (Agricultural) to CH (Highway Commercial) to allow an automobile sales lot in compliance with the Gordon County Unified Land Development Code.
Tommy Hibberts moved to approve the rezoning; Dianne Kirby seconded. "All voted aye." The commission approved the CH zoning and the applicant may proceed with county permitting for commercial use consistent with CH standards.
