The council approved its consent agenda unanimously on April 13. The items included approval of the March 16, 2026 meeting minutes; acceptance of the quarterly financial and investment report; Resolution No. 2026-0413-1 concerning the interim rate adjustment application of CenterPoint Energy for the 12-month period ending Dec. 31, 2025; an annual anti-fraud policy (R2026-0413-2); and an annual investment policy adopted under the Public Funds Investment Act and the Public Funds Collateral Act (R2026-0413-3).
Councilmember Chase Waterwall made the motion to approve items A through E; Councilmember Haley Uhl seconded. The minutes record unanimous approval with no recorded dissent.
