The change was requested by Vince and Janette Northrup to allow placement of a manufactured home on the existing tract to replace a dwelling that was deemed unsuitable for repair.
Chairman Randy Rule read the application; Commissioner Jerry Lovelace moved to approve the rezoning and Tommy Hibberts seconded. "All voted aye." The application was approved and will be processed under the Gordon County Unified Land Development Code.
