Moody ISD trustees approve Bell County 4‑H extracurricular status, amend District of Innovation plan and renew Linebarger contract

Later in the agenda Trustee Newman moved, seconded by Trustee Fairey, to approve the renewal contract and resolution from Linebarger for delinquent tax collections; that motion also passed unanimously. The minutes do not specify terms, dollar amounts, or the specific legal language in the Linebarger contract. The consent action agenda and other routine matters were handled in the same meeting.
The approvals were recorded in the minutes but the motions and votes were routine and carried without recorded opposition or abstentions.
