Junior High #3 nearing completion; district expects campus ready for August

Magnolia ISD's facilities director reported punch-list work is underway at Junior High #3 and said the campus will be completed in about 30 days and ready for students when school starts in August 2025.
Executive Director of Facilities Tim Bruner told the board that work on Junior High #3 is in the punch-list stage and staff anticipate completion in about 30 days.
Bruner said the campus is on track to be ready for students for the opening of school in August 2025. The board did not take a vote on construction matters at the March meeting; the update was provided as information during the Superintendent's report.
District staff will continue to monitor the remaining items and report back to trustees as final inspections and occupancy approvals are completed.
