The Navasota Independent School District Board of Trustees held a special meeting Oct. 20, 2025, in the administration building board room. President Jennifer Ramirez confirmed a quorum and called the meeting to order at 6:16 p.m.; Mr. Mock was noted as absent.
Trustees listed as present were Jennifer Ramirez (president), Tim Harris (vice president), Paul Malek, Valerie Jefferson, Amy Jarvis (secretary) and Trisha Harris. Superintendent Dr. Stu Musick and district administrators (including Dr. Ronnie Gonzalez and Dr. Tracy Stone) were recorded as attending, along with Derek Bowman, Frank Perez and Trish Cunneen on the sign-in sheet.
The agenda included a single discussion item: Dr. Musick's presentation of the Financial Integrity Rating System of Texas (FIRST).
