Burts described the package as including a dilute Russell's viper venom test (used in some evaluations related to lupus), a process to reconcile hospital discharge medications for children in primary care, and an administration code to bill Medicare when giving Hepatitis B vaccine to covered patients. The board approved the fee entries by voice vote; staff noted the discharge‑medication entry was set to a $0 fee for tracking in the system and can be adjusted later if a charge is authorized.
