Village Engineer Adam Bunge told the committee that DPI visited Victory Park with a CES inspector to address punch‑list items and that Rock Roads met with him at the Cherokee Hills retention pond to evaluate grass growth and erosion.
Bunge said fertilization work will begin immediately to aid grass growth, and he recommended installing rip‑rap rock to slow water flow and decrease erosion. He also reported that 25 additional lots are to be staked out at the Sunrise mobile home park.
