The plan adds 24 positions across campuses, including 10 teachers, two assistant principals (junior and new high schools), a college, career and military (CCM) advisor, two ARD facilitators, two educational aides (pre-K and DAEP), a cafeteria worker, four custodians (including a lead) and a maintenance administrative assistant.
The Board also approved six position adjustments, such as converting a CTE teacher to an Ag teacher, increasing workdays for selected administrative positions, upgrading a licensed vocational nurse to a registered nurse at the high school, and local funding support for an instructional coach. The motion carried 7-0.
