The Chair presented a resolution to contract with Tedstock Aviation to conduct an obstruction survey for instrument approaches at the city airport and proposed the city provide a 10% match capped at $10,000. A council member moved an amendment to authorize the city manager to be the designated signatory; the amendment was accepted and the motion carried.
"Number 9, a resolution approving Tedstock Aviation to conduct an obstruction survey for instrument approaches at the city airport and approving cities 10% match not to exceed $10,000," the Chair said when introducing the item. A council member amended the motion to authorize the city manager to execute the documents on the city's behalf, and the council approved the resolution by voice vote.
